Non permanent exhibition of the Filip Trade Collection # 2

During its first year, Lauba will present Croatina Modern and Contemporary art. The concept is called a Non-permanent exhibition as some of its segments will change on a monthly basis and thus continually offer the possibility of interpreting new stories. Such a non-permanent exhibition concept reflects the need for new and different interpretations and contextualizations of Modern and Contemporary art.

Likewise, we strive to provide our visitors with ways to discover new works and experience the Collection differently with each visit. We expect many results from this type of presentation, and we will discover them together, along the way. Certainly, one of them will be the creation of new connections and relationships among the works: aesthetic, chronological, thematic, stylistic, generational, genre, technical, structural, textural... spontaneous and intentional ones.

During each sequence of the Non-permanent exhibition concept, we will organize parallel exhibitions and different events, which will together form the interactive Lauba program. The difference between permanent displays and temporary exhibitions no longer exists, they are set up side by side and are mutually complementary. Artists with whom we collaborate will also continuously shape the program through their knowledge and skills.
