On the Night of the Museums Lauba works as usual: until late, full speed on and through fun

Lauba loves its visitors. What drives us is mutual interaction, therefore we want to offer you as many different activities and spend as much time with you as possible, on an everyday basis. We will tell you about what we have on offer on Friday, 27 January, although we do not formally participate in the Night of the Museums.

The program of our House is managed by the non-profit organization Lauba that financially survives on your support, on every ticket or membership. Actually, every night in Lauba is the Night of the Museums. We are always open until late, even on holidays, just so you could visit us on your days off and when you have time to enjoy art, nature, family…The only non-working days are Christmas and Easter, the time our volunteers spend with their families.

On Friday at 18.00 h, as always, our volunteers will give free guided tours. Together with the on-going site-specific installation by Bruno Pogačnik The Magic is Gone (But the Filth is Still There) our Non-permanent Exhibition #6 will also show a newly displayed work Floor by Ivana Franke, Damir Očko and Silvio Vujičić. All our visitors will be rewarded with tickets for 10 kuna and at 21.00 h we invite you to the opening of Petikat Workshop, the unique live picture book that will, over the next month, tell you a story which you influence with your presence, in the space that likes to breathe surrounded by its visitors.

After a dose of art, drink great Richard coffee in our bistro, leaf through the current issues of magazines and check whether you like our new hornbeams you will soon have the opportunity to buy in Lauba's shop.
