LAUBA \u2013 House for People and Art is pleased to invite independent galleries, artistic associations and organizations, artist groups, and individual artists to apply for this year’s seventh edition of the Art Fair NESVRSTANI, which will take place from June 14th to 16th, 2024.
\nIn the past six editions, NESVRSTANI has become a recognized high-quality international venue for art trading, while the festival atmosphere and interesting accompanying events attract an increasing number of visitors each year.
\nOver three days, NESVRSTANI will present carefully curated exhibitions from more than twenty exhibitors, galleries, and independent artists in one place \u2013 at LAUBA. This is an opportunity for the regional contemporary art production to be showcased to both the professional and wider public.
\nNESVRSTANI contributes to the visibility of galleries, simultaneously introducing established and young artists to a broader audience, including those who are still unknown. This platform fosters the development and circulation of the art scene, shedding light on contemporary visual practices.<\/p>\n

WHO CAN APPLY<\/strong>
\nThe competition is open to independent galleries, artistic associations and organizations, artist groups, and individual artists operating in the field of contemporary art who wish to commercially present themselves at the art fair.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CATEGORIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: Galleries, artist associations, and artistic organizations<\/strong>
\nExhibitors in category A are allocated a space of up to 50 m2 with panel\/wall surfaces (340 x 295 cm + 340 x 420 cm + 340 x 420 cm) for exhibition.<\/p>\n

Application for category A:
\n\u2013 Brief description of the gallery\/artistic organization and its field of activity;
\n\u2013 List of names of artists that the proposer intends to exhibit and a brief biography of each proposed author;
\n\u2013 Informational photos and descriptions of several works that the proposer intends to exhibit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

B: Independent artists<\/strong>
\nExhibitors in category B are allocated a booth or panel\/wall, ranging in size from 3m2 to 5 m2.<\/p>\n

Application for category B:
\n\u2013 Brief biography and field of activity;
\n\u2013 Informational photos and descriptions of several works that the proposer intends to exhibit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BY APPLYING TO THE 7TH ART FAIR NESVRSTANI<\/strong>
\n-Exhibitors commit to participating throughout the entire duration of the Art Fair NESVRSTANI;
\nFor category A: the presence of at least one person from the curator\/gallery\/artist team during the working hours of the Art Fair NESVRSTANI;
\nFor category B: the presence of the artist\/exhibitor during the working hours of the Art Fair NESVRSTANI;
\n\u2013 Exhibitors commit to developing their exhibition concept and maintaining communication with visitors.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION PROCESS:<\/strong>
\nThe application form with accompanying materials must be sent by March 15, 2024, to info@nesvrstani.hr with the subject, NESVRSTANI 2024 – (category A or B) – (name of the author or organization).
\nThe list of selected galleries and independent artists will be published on the organizer’s website and at www.nesvrstani.hr, and selected exhibitors will be notified via email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
