Volunteering at Lauba is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of contemporary art, in a dynamic environment while learning, socializing, and meeting artists, curators, and collectors!
\nThe volunteering program at the Lauba House, through work in various activities, offers young people the opportunity to gain practical experience, as well as to learn about the functioning of a significant private collection of contemporary art. We want to contribute to the networking of male and female students of related professions, and the acquisition and exchange of new knowledge and experiences.
\nThe volunteering period lasts three months. Volunteering time in Lauba is 4 hours a day, 3 days a week. Upon completion of volunteering, volunteers will receive a certificate and recommendations for further work.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

WHO IS THE VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM INTENDED FOR?<\/strong>
\nThe volunteering program is intended for candidates who have completed studies in the humanities, arts, or economics, or students in the same fields. Lauba wants to create a team of people from different fields: art history, fine arts, design, architecture, philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, communication, directing, recording, and economics, a team of people who have different interests in contemporary art and related programs.<\/p>\n

WHAT WILL I DO?<\/strong>
\nIn addition to the preparation of the exhibition space, preservation of art, and reception of visitors, volunteers participate in the following activities:
\n– participation in exhibitions,
\n– research, collection, and exhibition program,
\n– designing and implementing additional programs related to art,
\n– creation of legends and accompanying materials,
\n– managing the website and social networks,
\n– creating newsletters and preparing press materials.<\/p>\n

WHAT DO I GET BY VOLUNTEERING IN LAUBA?<\/strong>
\n– work experience in the field of contemporary art,
\n– knowledge of specific areas of cultural management,
\n– certificate upon completion of volunteering and recommendations for further work,
\n– one-year membership in Lauba – contacts with artists, curators and collectors,
\n– socializing and meeting new people.<\/p>\n
